With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement and progress of science and technology and medical services,people's lives have been significantly improved,many areas have entered the stage of aging society.According to the development status of aging society,the development of pension services in Harbin city in order to understand the basic needs of the current social endowment service research object through the questionnaire survey,it can not only rely on the traditional family pension mode,and to actively explore the new mode of "community home care" to solve social problems have become increasingly prominent in the conclusion.Understand the current overall demand and the overall supply of Harbin community home-based care services.Through further investigation,finally gives the suggestions and methods of how to improve the development of community endowment service in Harbin city.From the demand and supply point of view,there are many elderly people demand for pension services,mainly in day care services,health services,education services,cultural services and other aspects of the spiritual life,but the community home-based care services has not yet formed a system development,resulting in the service process there are some problems,such as service awareness is low,service supply and demand imbalance,the contents of a single service in the process of development is insufficient,lack of development of multi-participation mechanism,slow development etc..So in the future development of community endowment service strategy,targeted to emphasize service mechanism,advocating multiple collaborative participation,improve the content and structure of service,improve services,has formed China characteristics under the new era of community home endowment insurance system.
