Study On Stress Management Of Department Leading Cadres In County Region Of Guangxi

With the constantly advancing of reform and opening up, our country has entered the transitional period of politics and economics system. During this period, the various interest relationships are constantly adjusted, and the factors that affect social harmony and stability are increasing. County government is very important first regime in our country. County region plays more important role in the whole process of national economy and social development. Leading cadres is a special group to control and exercise the public authority, which undertake the task of leading the Comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development in economic society. During the special period, leaders at all levels face the double pressure with development and responsibilities. Meanwhile, leading cadres also faces intrusion by these factors from society, economy, promotion, learning and relationship and so on. Leading cadres in county region undertake the unprecedented pressure. Taking leading cadres in county region of Guangxi as the study object, present pressure of leading cadres in county region are analyzed by combine with theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey as method. It focuses on the main pressure source of the current leading cadres in county region of Guangxi and deeply analyzes main causes. Finally, according to pressure source, building pressure management new mode of leading cadres in county region of Guangxi are proposed from the three levels individuals, organizations and system.
