When colleges and universities carry out ideological and political education,counselors are of great significance,as the main implementer of ideological and political management for students in colleges and universities.Therefore,colleges and universities should regard the construction of counselors as an important part of their own work,and plan the management content,so that counselors can constantly improve their professional standards,ensure that counselors have a better environment in their internal work,and get good treatment and stable development space.Therefore,aiming at the performance appraisal of counselors in higher vocational colleges,it not only needs to meet the needs of current human resources management,but also can better stabilize the ranks of college counselors.At the present stage,we should first form a performance appraisal system that conforms to the actual development of colleges and universities,so as to promote the reform of higher vocational colleges more smoothly.College counselors,as an important part of the teaching staff,can help teachers complete their teaching tasks and train students in their daily work.Therefore,carrying out scientific performance appraisal for counselors in higher vocational colleges can help counselors to carry out ideological and political education more efficiently,so that counselors can develop in a more professional and scientific direction.In this paper,the counselors of JT Vocational and Technical College are taken as the research object,and the actual problems and merits in the performance appraisal of counselors in this college are analyzed.In view of the problem,find out the root of the problem,and put forward some improvement ideas,so that the performance appraisal of college counselors can be by going up one flight of stairs.The analysis of this paper firstly analyzes the practical significance of the performance appraisal system of college counselors,and according to the research contents at home and abroad,expounds the current improvement measures.Secondly,this paper will also describe the concept of performance appraisal system for counselors in colleges and universities and related knowledge theory,and introduce the practical ways of performance appraisal in detail.The research in this paper is to take JT Vocational and Technical College as an example,to study the performance appraisal system of counselors,and to analyze and investigate it.At the same time,standing on the whole performance appraisal process,content and method application of the college,this paper summarizes the existing performance appraisal system problems of the college at present,and analyzes the existing problems at this stage with the theory of human resources development.Finally,according to the development status of JT Vocational and College,the effective measures to help the college improve its performance appraisal system are worked out.
