Study On The Planning Of Specialty Setup And Prediction Model Of Enrollment Plan Of College To Undergraduate

As a special kind of higher education, the general open program has enhanced the structure reform of Chinese higher education. Depth study the education of college to undergraduate helps to understand the educational conditions in China, and to further promote Chinese social and economic development.This article studied in a certain extent on the planning of specialty setup and prediction model of enrollment plan of college to undergraduate. First, this article analysed the rationality and particularity of the education of college to undergraduate, and studied the theory of specialty:setup about college to undergraduate from the bases, factors, principles and content. Based on this, the article put forward countermeasures and suggestions for specialty setup. Then based on analysing current situation about the education of college to undergraduate of Fujian Province, the article put forward implementation suggestion about the specialty setup of education of college to undergraduate of Fujian Province. Second, this article reviewed the commonly used forecasting methods and data mining tools, and set forth the theoretical basis of the prediction of enrollment plan of college to undergraduate, and analysed the previous years enrollment plan of Fujian Province, then gave the factors which effect enrollment plan of college to undergraduate. At last, the article made rational predicton for the enrollment school and number of student enrollmentm, and used Clementine which is data mining tool to make data processing, and put forweard prediction model of enrollment plan.The outcome of the article will help the managers of schools and education administrative department to broaden their theoretical basis of the education of college to undergraduate and to provide operational reference for future enrollment.
