Job burnout is a popular concept in the study of western occupational stress and psychological health in recent years. The existing research results show that burnout easily appears in teacher. Teachers'occupational tiredness will have serious effects in teachers'and student's sense of body and mind development. This paper use the literature data method, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other scientific research methods to investigate and analysis college PE teachers'job burnout status and influencing factors in Changzhutan circle of hunan governor strains, understand status and discuss the influence factors of teacher burnout. in order to provide scientific basis in improving the quality of PE teachers, arousing their enthusiasm, improving the quality of teaching, and to provide the necessary reference in college PE teachers'team management and construction in hunan province.The study found:1.The current degree of occupational tiredness of college PE teachers'in hunan province is not severe. Emotional exhaustion which is the core index of job burnout is relatively serious than depersonalization and low achievement.2. The degree of college PE teachers'job burnout are rising with the increase of teaching age and it showed "two lower middle high" the development trend. The most serious stage of teachers'occupational tiredness is Teaching age in 5-10 years.3. Professional title, education level have significant difference in one or more dimensions of job burnout,gender have no obvious difference in job burnout in overall dimensions, but have significant difference in all dimensions.4. In the comparison and analysis of Teachers in different income, the teachers whose income is lowest have highest degree of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization,and the lowest degree in feeling of accomplishment.5. Social origin, organizational roots, personal roots are all have significant effect in teachers'occupational tiredness. The main factors that cause hunan normal college PE teachers'occupational tiredness are focused on:low social status; low economic and welfare; work burden; job evaluation is not fair; role ambiguity; family burden; self awareness is not strong and so on..Through investigation and analysis, the author stand at the point of view from society, organization and management, individual teacher, provide countermeasures to alleviate and prevent college PE teachers'occupational tiredness.
