| With the release of the Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Reform of The Construction of College Teachers in the New Era in 2021,the necessity of improving the management system of modern college teachers and stimulating the innovation vitality of the faculty has become increasingly prominent.The problem of teachers’ job burnout is becoming more and more prominent in colleges and universities,which hinders the improvement of their own educational quality and has become an important potential factor affecting quality of higher education and sustainable and healthy development.Therefore,exploring the internal causes of college teachers’ job burnout and putting forward feasible solutions can effectively help improve the quality of higher education and accelerate the construction of college teachers.In this paper,through literature analysis,the causes of college teachers’ job burnout,the job burnout measurement scale and the countermeasures of job burnout are sorted out,and the factors of potential job burnout are screened.This paper provides research ideas to explore the causes and countermeasures of job burnout of college teachers in Hebei Province,and reconfirms the factors of job burnout through interview method.In the questionnaire design,the resource conservation theory,the three-dimensional structure theory of job burnout and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs are fully combined to construct a pre-survey questionnaire that is in line with the actual situation of Hebei universities.After the pre-survey questionnaire was collected,SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire to fully ensure the reliability of the item.In the empirical study,482 valid questionnaires were distributed and collected from more than 10 colleges and universities in Hebei province.By comparing the score scale,it was concluded that moderate job burnout was found in the dimension of emotional exhaustion and deindividuation,and mild job burnout was found in the dimension of low personal achievement.At the same time,the differences of gender,age,education background and other six dimensions are analyzed,and it is concluded that female teachers,middle-aged teachers and young teachers under 30 years old are more prone to job burnout;The lower the salary,educational background and professional title,the stronger the job burnout;Married teachers scored higher on burnout.The results show that job burnout includes not only personal factors such as unclear role orientation,but also social factors such as school resources and social expectations.Section and puts forward the corresponding ascending self ability,improve the academic level,establish their own role,improve the humanistic care,optimize the evaluation mechanism,reasonable establishing the image of university teachers and optimize such aspects as education reform countermeasures,in order to further ease the university teachers’ job burnout,to strengthen the new age provide effective Suggestions on the reform of teachers’ team construction in colleges and universities. |
