Study On The Situation And Influencing Factor Of Sunshine Sports In Secondary Schools Of Taiyuan City

In the situation that students'health status is continually downgrading, the concerning departments of the Chinese government consider "Sunshine Sports" as a strategic move to promote physical education and strengthen the physique of our youth. Sunshine Sports as an important portal and prime task of promoting the comprehensive quality education has a great significance for forming a scientific view of health, education and ability in the society.This paper employs mothods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, interview, mathematical statistical and logical analysis. The author has made profound and detailed research on the situation of secondary schools in the city of Taiyuan, with factor analysis classified comprehensive influencing factors of implementing Sunshine Sports in order to reflect existing problems, and thinking of strategy that carry on the further sports on this foundation, and provide reference for the further implementation of Sunshine Sports. The result suggests that the implementation of Sunshine Sports in secondary schools in Taiyuan won recognition and support from teachers and students, many schools promote extra-curricular sports activities in classe intervals to ensure that students exercise for at least 1 hour a day, organize the theme of Sunshine Sports as sport week and sport festival, organize the theme of long-distance running in the winter, organize "national student's health standard test" to promote the implementation of Sunshine Sports. But in concrete implementation process, the problems are as follows:1. School leaders and sports teachers fail to pay enough attention to the implementation of Sunshine Sports. The understanding about Sunshine Sports on the part of students is not enough, and they lack internal motivation to participate in Sunshine Sports.2. The implementation of Sunshine Sports in the schools is in need of effective leadership, organizing and guiding of extra-curricular sports activities in classe intervals need to be strengthened.3. Sunshine Sports includes mainly athletic events, that means activities as well as the organizational form are not diversified.4. Using school stadiums only instead of using community and public stadiums. Holidays are a weak joint of implementing Sunshine Sports. The time and the place of implementing Sunshine Sports need to be expanded.5. Structural deficiency of PE teachers and insufficient facilities seriously affect the implementation of Sunshine Sports.6. The lack of effective supervision, evaluation mechanisms and incentive mechanisms to implement Sunshine Sports are also problems.The result suggests that the influencing factors of implementing Sunshine Sports mainly attributed to five factors, they are social environment factors, school environment factors, physical education curriculum factors, extra-curricular sports factors, view of students factors. The importance of various factors for implementing Sunshine Sports in teachers and students ideas have difference.In view of this, the paper suggests that education administrators should understand correctly the factors affecting Sunshine Sports, establish "health first" philosophy of education, raise understanding and awareness for implementing Sunshine Sports, set the family and school and social forces to optimize the internal and external environment for implementing Sunshine Sports, try actively to create a strong sporting culture in Sunshine Sports, improve the system of protection, improve resource protection system, give full play to physical education curriculum of secondary school as the main channel, improve school sports and youth safety management system of school sports and youth accident insurance system.
