Minority Education in Xinjiang is an important part of China's education.To promote the ethnic minorities education development in Xinjiang, Xinjiang Autonomous Regional Government has adopted a number of ways. Among them there is a good model to hold Mainland High school classes and District Middle School Classes. Especially for District middle school classes organized by region,it not only helps the children in poor areas in Xinjiang to be able to enjoy the relatively advanced educational resources in some big and medium-sized cities, but also is useful for a large number of outstanding students to be transfered to Mainland High school classes in Xinjiang.so it has laid the foundation for the higher education development of ethnic minorities. So we can see that holding District Middle School Classes is of great significance to ethnic minorities education in Xinjiang.However, scholars at home are concerned less about District Middle School Classes. But now there is no theory for the research about the characteristics, development or existed questions of it. For these reasons I selected Shihezi region as a case to study District Middle School Classes. Some of the major theoretical research in this article is mainly from some materials about the literature on multicultural education information at home and abroad.I also learn from international experts their experience and theory about ethnic minority research to achieve it. The Empirical part is referenced from the research of the Office of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Mainland Student Admissions Office, Shihezi City Board and interviews with relevant leadership to get the information about the relevant policies.documents, the early views and suggestions from related leadership; Questionnaires issued to students, teachers and parents; interviews with students and other middle school classes on the region's first-hand information.The general idea of the text is District Middle School Classes. It has four parts in all. The first part is Introduction. It's a brief description of the background of subjects, the meaning and purpose of the ideas, content and methods; The second part outlined the development of District Middle School Classes; the basic role in promoting the development of National basic education; The third part is Analysis of cases the development of the District Middle School Classes in Shihezi region and ideas from teachers and parents and the analysis about the students grades; The fourth part is countermeasures and suggestions to promote the ethnic minorities education development in Xinjiang based on Substantial analysis of statistical data.The author believes that District Middle School Classes are innovative models of education, it has found new breakthrough to speed up the development of ethnic minorities basic education.It has laid the solid foundation to cultivate a large number of talented Minority cadres.The Xinjiang Autonomous Regional Government should take positive measures to promote the development of the District Middle School Classes. For example, to expand enrollment of students in the region, to develop the District Middle School Classes;to increase government investment to improve school conditions;to strengthen the district's middle school teachers training classes; to strengthen supervision to ensure the fairness of the selection; to strengthen the primary school Chinese language teaching in ethnic minority areas to motivate students to learn the local language to ensure Chinese language level; The development of teaching materials suitable for middle school students, a clear goal for education and teaching.Finally, the expectations of value for reference to the development of District Middle School Classes.
