The implementation of ‘Ethnic minorities' High-level backbone talents plan' is a significant measure and long-term strategy of our country aimed at cultivating more High-level backbone talents of Ethnic minorities and also improve the talent structure there. As for ‘Basic Reinforcement phase', it is a vital component of this training plan;meanwhile, Teaching Satisfaction is used to measure teaching quality in the basic reinforcement phase. Based on this background, the author does a research on Teaching Satisfaction of Ethnic minorities' High-level backbone talents plan in the basic reinforcement phase.This study, based on the theory of customer satisfaction degree, investigates the current situation of teaching satisfaction of the basic reinforcement base-S university,involving teaching effect, teaching resources, teaching process, teaching management and teaching academic. The main findings are as follows: Firstly, in general, students' attitudes to teaching quality are average satisfaction and the evaluation of teaching process is lowest.Secondly,according to the specific indicators,the current situation of some indicators needs to be improved, mainly related to teaching effectiveness,curriculum, teaching methods, classroom teaching and teaching academic concepts.Thirdly, in the view of the highest level of a dimension,as for teaching effect, students admit that they have gotten more knowledge, but lack improvement of ability; as for teaching resources, students think they have good teaching conditions while the arrangement of their courses can't meet their learning needs;from teaching process,students are satisfied with teachers' after-school tutoring, while other aspects remain to be improved;from teaching management, students hold that the management system is loose and free, but it is necessary to strengthen the construction of managerial actions;from teaching scholarship, students think teachers gain more advanced teaching academic knowledge, but they don't have a complete teaching academic concept.Finally,some factors including different genders, birthplace, major,learning foundation and performances, have an influence on students' evaluation on some indicators.According to the findings above, the study, from three levels-ministries of education, basic reinforcement base and teachers themselves, analyzes and shows some specific suggestions to enhance Teaching Satisfaction of Ethnic minorities' High-level backbone talents plan in the basic reinforcement phase:Firstly,ministries of education should be implemented the reform of teaching materials,and optimized curriculum resources actively.Secondly, basic reinforcement base should be increased the quantity of teachers and strengthen the construction of teachers' staff;optimized curriculum structure and paid more attention to the curriculum design to confirm the connection between basic reinforcement phase study and post-graduate study;treated assessment work seriously and implemented classified teaching, dynamic management.Thirdly, the teachers should be paid more attention to the guidance of learning method and the cultivation of research ability;taken various teaching methods;strengthen the interaction with students;taken more time to face-to-face communicate with students after class;transformed teaching academic concept and increased teaching academic exchange in order to improve teaching academic ability.
