Moral education management system is an important component of schoolmanagement system. It plays an important role in the construction and developmentof school moral education. On the one hand, it can protect and regulate the schoolmoral education to go smoothly. The perfect, reasonable school moral educationmanagement system plays a role in supervising and encouraging teachers and studentsall the time. One the other hand, the construction of the system is greatly influencedby the principles. The changes of modern moral education idea are also puttingforward new requirements for the management system of sc hool moral education.Therefore, it’s necessary to combine modern moral philosophy and the presentsituation of moral education in secondary vocational school to improve the moraleducation management system in secondary vocational school management systemand moral education work.First of all, this study based on the analysis in the literature, defines the basicconcepts of system, moral education, moral education system and moral educationmanagement system, analyzes the relationship between the system and the moraleducation management, and makes clear the importance of moral educationmanagement system to moral education: as for the relationship between the systemand moral education, the system construction can ensure the moral construction; asfor the relationship between institution morality and personal virtue, virtue is thepremise and basis of individual moral character of the system.Secondly, through the analysis of the trend of modern moral philosophy, thisstudy discusses the requirements of the changes of modern moral philosophy to moraleducation management system, which are reforming of moral education managementsystem, persisting in the principle of development of moral education managementsystem, focusing on the comprehensive development, strengthening the democraticprocess in the generation of moral education management system and the combining of moral education management the system with students’ life practice.Again, this study conducts a questionnaire survey in four representativesecondary vocational schools in Heyuan. The results reveal the current situation of theformulation, implementation, effectiveness, innovation of moral educationmanagement system in secondary vocational school,and analyse the cause.Finally, the author combines with the requirements for modern moraleeducation management system and the current situation of secondary vocationalschool moral education management system, and puts forward some principles andstrategies for improving the current secondary vocational school moral educationmanagement system.
