Research On The Method Of Multi-resource For The Project Management

More and more enterprises begin to manage business activities with the project management, project management has become an indispensable business content as a branch of management science. In the specific project management, how allocate resources reasonably between different tasks, how to make full use in limited resources, how to make the shortest duration of the project, it has become an important issue faced by the managers.This thesis is based on analysis results of relevant literature and research, in order to solve the problem of optimizing project resources. First of all, thesis introduce knowledge of project management, and study the technology of network plans of project management. Thesis choose two basic types of optimization direction in the project resource optimization problem, inculde duration fixed, resource balanced and resource constraints, the shortest duration. Thesis study the genetic algorithm which applied to solve the problem of resource optimization, and introduced basic principles of genetic algorithms and specific work processes, then applied the genetic algorithm to the problem of optimizing project resources.This thesis established a conceptual mathematical model of minimizing duration of the project, improved an selection algorithm. On this basis, design a genetic algorithm in the resource-constrained project scheduling problem, and verified with examples to prove the validity of the algorithm.Because resources optimization for a single project is hard to be applied in the company's practical application, thesis study the multi-project resource balance problem, established a multi-project resource balance model. On this basis, presents a solution based on genetic algorithms, reducing the computation of repair individual illegal operation in genetic process, speeding up the convergence speed using the topological sorting in network plan. Example shows, multi-project resource balance can be effective in achieving a balanced allocation of resources of the enterprise, the algorithm which designed to solve the problem is feasible and efficient.
