| Guangzhou Sunny FRP Co., Ltd is a manufacturing enterprise of forty years production experience which mainly produces thermosetting resin matrix composite products. The company has a certain influence in Guangzhou Province and the country because of earlier time of importing equipments and great variety of products. For the lack of decision support system, rapid response mechanism and countermeasure for the rapid changing of the external environment for a time since the enterprise established, the enterprise had gradually lost their competitive advantage and been under deficit for a long time. After 2005, some products improved according to the product features, but the company was lack of comprehensive planning on how to keep the existing enterprise competitive advantages and be bigger, stronger and longer.This study is trying to scientifically analyze and diagnose the major problems of competitive power, financial status, human resource and production mix from the enterprise business process, find the key issue of restricting the enterprise's development and then put forward suggestions and measures specific to analytic result in order to provide theoretical decision-making for setting scientific enterprise strategy system. |
