Research On The Evaluation System Of National Parks In China

With the more understanding of the nature, environment protection has become the focus of international issues. The establishment of national parks is the landmark of the conservation movement.As a mode of national unified management, planning and resource protection, national parks achieve the dual function of ecological protection and recreation. on this basis,they also spread the national sprits and become a model for sustainable development.But in China, the units of nature protection belong to different administrative departments, and the local government operate the actual power. Resources and the environment suffered serious damage.They become the tools of personal gains. After the establishment of the first national park in China, it has the priority in learining foreign successful experience to integrate decentralized states of resource management in China.The study constructes the applicable evaluation system of national parks through the literature review, expert consultation, field investigations and other methods.lt contains three indicators and thirty evaluation indexes,and covers the evaluations of resource base, environmental conditions, protection and management conditions and development and utilization conditions.Then use the analytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation model of national parks.Then take Fuzhou National Forest Park as an example to applied to the empirical study.Finally, the paper described three key issues about the construction and development of national parks,which contains the establishment and management, protection and development, support and coordination.
