Especially, the paper analyzes the positive effect with many datas which accurately demonstrate the relationship between them.The paper illustrates the related theories first,and then analyzes the present situation and problems of Chongqing's manufacturing industry in the process of accepting international industry transfer.After that we analyze the positive and negative effects especially and put forwards corresponding measures in the last chapter.The result shows that the influence of international industry transfer to Chongqing's manufacturing industry is both positive and negative,and the positive effect is bigger than the negative effect in the long run.Chongqing should take effective measures to go after the profits,avoid the disadvantages and promote the development of manufacturing industry.
