Quantitative Description Of The Co-evolution Of Collaborative Theory-based Lan - West Town Area

Regional urban of Lanzhou-Xining, located at the heart of the Northwest, is an important regional urban in the Northwest region. After the implementation of the western development strategy, it has a large improvement on urbanization level, infrastructure conditions, energy and mineral development, ecological environment protection and recovery.It has laid a good basis for the social and economic development of the regional urban.However, a single structure of urban function, convergence of industrial structure, the fragile ecological environment, serious waste of resources, inadequate infrastructure, and serious local protectionism problems had been brought under the factors of exceptional geographical location, infrastructure conditions, and ecological environment. That results in the disordering development of the urban and at last hindering the favorable development of the regional social, environmental and economic. The road of co-evolution must been taken in order to promote the regional urban fast and well development.Regional urban is a complex giant system which is far from equilibrium. It has obvious character of dissipative structures, which is because there existed non-linear interaction among its internal and external elements, and there is a variety of random fluctuation force in its evolution. In this thesis, as the research object, the stage of development of Lanzhou-Xining regional urban has been analyzed quantitatively employing AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods. Meanwhile, the spatial variables of its coordinated development have been studied through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The thesis focuses on the quantitative analysis of the fluctuation process of Lanzhou-Xining regional urban by use of cooperative theory and methods and further establishing the co-evolution equation of the urban. Then we select the state variables of every town to determine the dynamic fluctuations and random fluctuation variables of the evolution and development of the urban. At the same time, the state variables of 26 towns have been compared and analyzed, the mechanism of coordinated development concerning Lanzhou-Xining regional urban has been proposed.By the qualitative and quantitative analysis about the spatial variables, the fluctuation process and the state variables of Lanzhou-Xining regional urban, the coordinated development mechanism has been proposed. It must be based on the entire system as a starting point for the preparation of urban regional planning so as to achieve the coordination of regional development from the policy. Followed, defining the structural position of the urban functions and adjusting the regional industrial layout to implement the cooperative integration of the urban functions and industrial distribution. Then prepare master planning about the development and utilization of regional resources to achieve reasonable and orderly development and utilization. And accelerating the network and informatization of the regional infrastructure in order to promote the regional urban development from flattened to network. Finally, the coordinated development of Lanzhou-Xining regional urban will come true.
