Agile Supply Chain Integration Technology In The Mobile Environment And Implementation

Agile supply chain could support the supply chain enterprises alliances rapidly, integrates enterprise information systems, and optimists organization and production plans. It configures resources effectively, responds market changes quickly, and increases corporate efficiency significantly. So the research work on agile supply chain is necessary.Mobile technology allows people to get real-time information and to monitor the supply process possibly at any time and in all aspects of the supply chain. Mobile technologies in the supply chain can break through the limitations of traditional supply chain, enhance supply chain agility, improve the efficiency of information transmission, and improve customer service level. So research on agile supply chain in mobile environment is a significant subject. However, the complexity of the mobile environment and resource constraints in mobile environments has also led to many issues during supply chain operation.Based on the analysis of the trends of supply chain, characteristics of agile supply chain, and impacts of mobile environment, this paper proposes an agile supply chain system and structure and its operation mode in mobile environment. This paper further proposes technical framework and specific implementations for supply chain integration in mobile environment. Finally, this paper achieves one on one negotiation between the supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises in prototype system. Base on the research proposes agile supply chain system and structure and its operation mode in mobile environment.③In the context of 3C product customization, analysis how to using Mobile Agent, distributed and legacy systems packaging, flexible workflow and other technical means solve problems which facing agile supply chain in the mobile environment and then using those technologies to implement the technology framework of agile supply chain information, service and workflow integration.④In the information, services, and workflow level, respectively, gives the technical details and implementation methods of integrated architecture.⑤Implement a prototype system based on the Agent platform using relevant technology.This paper is a part of national 863 projects "The invocation technology for enterprise application integration in mobile environment" (No.2008AA04Z127).
