Japan's Experience And Chinese Environmental Protection At The Dual Structure Of Urban And Rural Areas

In recent decades, the economic construction and development obtained great success in China. China is a big agricultural country. The problems on the agriculture, rural areas and peasants are always crucial to the nation safety. But the rural environment is very terribly and the agriculture environment is not getting more attentions by researchers. This paper makes a comparison between China and Japan' agriculture environment from the perspective of the dualistic structure in urban and rural areas, and discuss the suitable application of Japan's characteristic agriculture environmental protection measures. At the present, rural economics and society in China has grown faster and faster, so it is important to solve the problem of agriculture environment to assure the balanceable and sustainable development of the economy and society.
