| With the coming of knowledge and information era,the competitive trend of the market economy is becoming increasingly fierce.The demands become more and more diversified and personalized.The development of manufacturing enterprises with large-scale production mode encounter the obstacles after a long time running.The large-scale production mode cannot meet the demands which are diversified and personalized.Many manufacturing enterprises realized this problem and began to implement multiple products with low volume production mode.It is more flexible to meet the demands.Due to the specifics of optical component industry,most of the enterprises build with multiple products with low volume production mode.In recent years,the optical component industry develops rapidly since many governments increase the investment in the network.More and more manufacturing enterprises are engaged into optical component industry.Shorten the delivery time and reduce costs are the main factors for business.This paper is in the background of the mode of production management of FNSR Wuxi plant.And then design a better production management for multiple products with low volume.Refer to the documents of production management and data collection in FNSR Company,this article analyzed the problems of FNSR in production management area.For the problems identified,comprehensive theory of Lean Production,material control systems,organization of production processes,and other aspects of machine down time are improved.After the implementation of the programs,the inventory turn increased to 5 above,the production cycle time has been shortened to 3 weeks and the average machine down time reduced to 2 hours.Though,in this article,the production of FNSR company only,while it could be delivered to other enterprises with build with multiple products with low volume.It makes important contributions to improve the production management for optical component industry.. |
