Since reform and opening, China's tourism with sustained and rapid development has become an important part of the national economy, with the China's rapid development in the context of tourism, as one of the three pillars of the tourism industry, Frequent travel and hotel staff mobility is becoming increasingly prominent.The hotel is the service industry, mainly to provide soft services products, Thses flexible service offerings are difficult to accurately measure the quantitative, to pass through the human guests, This product characteristics determine the staff is the heart of the hotel, High-quality employees are the key to sustainable development hotel. In an increasingly competitive market environment, How to retain good employees live, Hotel staff to ensure the long-term development of efficient services for the hotel, How to avoid excessive movement of staff, To maintain the flow of talent to the hotel at a reasonable level, Human resource managers of the hotel management staff conduct the most important elements.This paper described the background and significance.Home and abroad through organizational commitment, employee turnover related theoretical overview, impact of proposed organizational commitment model the flow behavior of employees, Scale combined with the mature and the research needs to design the questionnaire. Then, for the questionnaire reliability and validity analysis, correlation and regression analysis to verify the organizational commitment to the hotel staff negative correlation between the flow behavior.The main conclusions of this study are:employees with different personal attributes are different levels of organizational commitment; the hotel staff and mobile idea of organizational commitment, liquidity tend to have significantly negative correlation; hotel three dimensions of organizational commitment level is inconsistent; hotel staff and the current tendency of the flow of ideas between the positive correlation; hotel staff mobility and organizational commitment with the popular idea of the relationship tend to play a mediating role. In this paper, theoretical and empirical analysis methods, confirmed the hotel staff the idea of organizational commitment on the flow, flow behavior, but also a further indication of organizational commitment in turnover plays an important role in the process, travel and hotel to pay attention to organizational commitment the psychological factors in human resource management role. Combining these studies, put forward three suggestions:1, Enhance the hotel staffs attention to individual differences; 2, Organizational commitment to strengthen the management of the hotel:the organizational commitment-oriented recruitment; high level of organizational commitment to training.3, The flow of feedback from management staff.
