Knowledge Flows, Cluster Cooperation Incubator Enterprises' Technological Innovation

With the strong demand of scientific and technical payoffs transformation, business incubator has given exhaustive support to enterprises. The technological innovation of enterprise in business incubator has been focused by people in business or academic circles. The study begins with the theory analysis of the technological innovation of enterprise in business, cluster collaboration, and knowledge flowing of cluster cooperation innovation. The study analyzed the relationship between cluster cooperation based knowledge flowing and the technological innovation of enterprises in incubator, on the based of which the research model and hypothesis are both constructed. Empirical method and case method is used to test and verify the practical relationship between cluster cooperation based on knowledge flowing and the technological innovation of enterprises in incubator. On the based of conclusions, management strategies and suggestions are proposed.The research contents of this study are as follows:(1) According to the existing typical theory about technological innovation in cluster cooperation, the study analyzes the feature and pattern of knowledge flowing of cluster cooperation innovation. (2) The study proposes a research model and hypothesis including knowledge flowing, cluster collaboration, and technological innovation of enterprise in business incubator. Then the model is described with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). (3) This study empirically tests the research model and hypothesis. The sample selection, sampling process, and feature of sampling are described. Factor analysis method and SEM are used to data analysis based on the sampling. The software of SPSS 11.0 is used to do data description and exploratory factor analysis while AMOS4 is used to do confirmatory factor analysis and evaluation of goodness of fit. (4) With case method, the study practically analyzes the cluster cooperation based knowledge flowing and technological innovation of enterprise in business incubator. On the based of case background, the study introduces the incubator's support work about cluster cooperation based on knowledge flowing in Changsha software park. Then the conclusions for innovation capability of enterprises in Changsha software park are analyzed divaricately. At last, management strategies and suggestions are proposed accordingly.
