Jiangxi Transfer Of Rural Labor Limiting Factors And Policy Studies

As a predominantly agricultural country and most populous countries, China's rural labor resources are very rich, but agricultural production technology is relatively backward compared to other sectors, there are lots of surplus agricultural labor. If the surplus labor force are not reasonable and effective solution, bound to affect the entire rural economic development, social harmony and national stability. Therefore, to achieve effective transfer of rural surplus labor force in China's economic and social development needto address important issues.Jiangxi Province in central China's major agricultural province, the rural surplus labor abundant labor resources and large scale. Nearly a decade, Jiangxi Province, through a large number of rural surplus labor, raise the income level of rural residents, migrant workers in rural income has become an important part of economic resources. However, the number of rural Jiangxi Province, combined with universal access to education of rural surplus labor and some low level of institutional factors, largely restricted the transfer of rural surplus labor in Jiangxi Province. Therefore, the problem of rural surplus labor can be effectively addressed, directly related to the income of rural farmers to improve the level and quality of life, but also to the overall economic development in Jiangxi Province.This article is divided into five chapters:Chapterâ… , Introduction, first explains the research background and significance, made the current "three rural" issue and explain the transfer of rural labor in Jiangxi practical significance. Then review the relevant domestic and international transfer of rural labor force and a brief comparison of theoretical review. Chapter II, for the number of rural surplus labor in Jiangxi, calculate the number of hidden unemployment in rural areas to determine the existence of surplus labor in rural areas, and then even if the number of rural surplus labor. Chapter III analyzes the economic development of Jiangxi's rural labor transfer and the status quo. IV, the analysis of the transfer of rural labor in Jiangxi constraints, obtained through the SPSS affect the degree of labor force size, the main impact of demand factors and by improving the labor theory of value education to the rural labor force.
