The process of modem economic growth is actually the process that the economic growth and the industrial structure transformation influence on each other as well as connect with each other. Based on the modem economic analyzing method and theories, the study conclusion of relationship between industrial structure change and the economic growth made both by foreign and domestic scholar was firstly summed up and reviewed. What's more, with the economic development of Henan province since reform and opening up descript, the relationship between industrial structure and economic output was revealed when the three industries was reviewed specifically.
