An Study On The Contribution Of Industrial Structure Change To Economic Growth In Henan Province

Since the reform and opening up,the industrial structure of Henan Province has undergone great changes,it also played a very good role in promoting economic growth,however,there are many problems in Henan Province industrial structure,scientific understanding of Henan Industrial Structure Change contribution to economic growth,so as to play a better role in promoting economic growth from changes in the industrial structure.Through collecting and reading domestic and foreign literatures,the corresponding collated and summarized and analyzed,this paper uses Granger causality test research methods,in Henan Province industrial structure change and economic growth relationship between the two empirical studies.Through the period in Henan Province,1978-2014 Henan Province three industry output value and economic growth Granger causality test shows that,between the two exists certain relations:mutual Granger causality.The results proved once again that the change of industrial structure is the Granger cause of economic growth.The Henan Province three times industrial output value and gross domestic product(GDP)were fitted by using multiple regression model in econometrics.The results show that,the primary,second and tertiary industry increases 1%,the corresponding area real GDP respectively,an increase of 0.255868%,0.549664%and 0.197088%.Data found that the second industry,the primary industry,the tertiary industry to promote economic growth in Henan Province,the relationship between the decline in order.That is,the change of industrial structure has an important role in promoting economic growth.Then choose 18 cities in the province as a specific object of study,select 2006 as the base period and 2014 for the reporting period,and use shift-share method to analysis three industries of 18 cities,the results of the study show that,the primary and secondary industry industrial structure shift share of the province is negative,indicating that the province's primary and secondary overall level of industrial structure is low,and structural contradiction is prominent.Secondly,use Shift-share method to analysis the 18 prefecture-level city of Henan province,and according to the combination of features in the industrial structure shift-share(P)and regional competitiveness share(D),the 18 prefecture-level cities are divided into four categories:rapid growth,Industry factor driving type,Location factor driving type and growth lag type.Overall,the province's location factors on economic growth is significantly greater than the effectiveness of structural factors,the structure of the tertiary industry share deviation values are positive.Finally,according to the relevant conclusions,learn from the advanced experience of developed areas,starting from the perspective of Industrial Structure and rationalization of the industrial structure,Put forward the corresponding improvement suggestion to the industrial structure of Henan province,in order to better play the role of the industrial structure changes in promoting economic growth.
