Research On The Influence Of The Population Structure To The Industrial Structure Of Henan Province

Currently, the problem of changing the way of economic development has got more and more attention,the industrial structure’s optimization and upgrading is an important driving force to economic development. China is in an important period of economic transformation, the optimization of industrial structure level directly affects the economic development trend. As the basic elements of economic development, there has a complex interactive mechanism between industrial structure and population structure. For a long time, the population resources of our country always been an important advantage of attracting foreign investment, but with the advent of the era of aging as well as the advantage of demographic dividend gradually disappear, the labor’s quantity by enough to shortage in China, and the labor’s low cost rising, which will hinder the o industrial structure’s optimization and upgrading in our country. Population quantity is not the only criteria to determine the population structure’s quality, so we analysis the problem should be from all the internal aspects factors of population structure, to optimizing the population structure, make it suitable to the industrial structure adjustment and the present stage, in order to promote the sound and rapid economic development of our country.Henan is a populous provinces in our country, the food production accounts for a great proportion, occupies the key position in the rise of central China, the geographical position is superior. But there are many hidden dangers in the process of economic development in Henan province, at the end of 2014, the national rural population proportion is 45.23%, and the proportion of rural population in Henan province was 54.8%, far higher than the national average, except Gansu province, Yunnan province, Guizhou province and Tibet area, Henan province is the most of the rural population, in addition to the problem of aging is becoming more and more serious in Henan province, the aging degree aggravate and low labor education problem is more severes. Since the reform and opening, although made a historic breakthrough in the industrial structure of Henan province, but compared with other provinces and cities in our country,Henan province has a large gap, and the population structure is unreasonable, so led to the overall economic level in Henan province is not high, only reasonable population structure is helpful to the industrial structure’s optimization and upgrading, to promote the healthy development of the economy. This article through the analysis of industrial structure and population structure of Henan province,to find out the mechanism of population structure on the impact of industrial structure upgrade, for Henan province industrial structure upgrade, promote economic development to provide the reference, and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.This paper mainly includes the following several parts:The first chapter: Introduction.
