Urban Planning Exhibition Hall Exhibit Engineering Epc Management Model Study

Among so many aspects of engineering management, quality control is the key and the core. The requirement of the quality of construction products is strick. Neither inferior products nor jerry-built projects are allowed. Project quality depends on both quality of design and quality of constructon. In order to ensure the project quality , it is necessary to control and supervise every link, every process of engineering design and construction so as to to nip troubles in the bud. It is improper to deal with problems and draw lessons after some problems arise.From scientific research argument to land expropriation and project determination, from planning and design to structural design, from "three connections and one leveling" to acceptance of projects and putting into service, during the whole process, the technology and construction management with regard to design and consruction should always be carried out. The management includes the management for engineering technology, engineering quality, time, material and safety etc., also includes assisting contractors to play technological powers, and ensuring that all aspects are in harmony with each other so as to make sure engineering construction could go on smoothly and construction tasks could be completed timely with good quality.Practice has proved that concentrating on constrution management plays extremely important role in increase of the construction progress, advancing project quality, and saving of the investment. During the construction process of the exhibition hall of this town , though EPC pattern is adopted, optimization and innovation of EPC pattern has been advanced, that is to say, agent construction system combines with EPC pattern. By tracing actual engineering cases, it is proved that combination of agent construction system and EPC pattern, toghther with delphi forecasting method and related theories of engineering cost management, can bring management efficiency of construction projects into full play. Though tracing exhibition project of some town, this paper draws lessons, puts forward suggestions, popularizes the management experience and applies it to project management of construction projects.
