Research On The Exhibition Hall Operation Management Mode Of Ningbo International Conference And Exhibition Center

With the rapid development of exhibition industry in our country,as the bridge and the link between the production and consumption,the exhibition industry plays an important role in the aspects of economy development.The exhibition hall is not only the carrier of the convention and exhibition activities,also is the foundation for the development of the exhibition.The operation and management mode of exhibition hall is the guarantee of the sustainable development of the exhibition industry.Comparing to that of Europe and America developed countries,the exhibition hall has a short history in China,but it develops very quickly,the theoretical research is relatively lag,and there are more problems in the exhibition hall in the aspect of management and operation mode.These problems restrict the development of the domestic exhibition industry,the economic and social benefits are difficult to unity,and stakeholders are difficult to achieve win-win situation.Through the research with domestic and foreign outstanding exhibition management mode,based on the SWOT analysis of Ningbo exhibition center,discusses the issue of operation and management of Ningbo exhibition center,in order to give some suggestions about the management mode of exhibition hall and management method to the International conference and exhibition center.This research uses the documental analysis method,field method,comparative analytical method,statistical analysis method,inductive method and other research methods,to do the theoretical analysis and empirical research on the management and operation mode of Ningbo international conference and exhibition center.In the part of theory analysis,this paper introduces the concept of the exhibition,exhibition hall and the relevant theoretical basis,and discusses the innovation of management mode of Ningbo international conference and exhibition center.In the part of empirical research,do the analysis of the development of Ningbo international conference and exhibition center,and draw lessons from excellent exhibition operation management mode at home and abroad.Through the above research,this paper puts forward the venue management mode innovation and optimization countermeasures and suggestions to Ningbo international conference and exhibition center.This research can further enrich the operation management theory of domestic exhibition hall,is a complement to the related research about exhibition industry at home and abroad.At the same time,the related research offers the reference and reference for the Ningbo international conference and exhibition center about development strategy and business model.
