Research On Project Schedule Management Of Telecommunication Indoor Distribution System

With the continuous development of mobile communication technology, society has entered the 4G era. A good network is a fundamental guarantee to enhance the competitiveness of market operators. In the construction process of base station, we must use the means and methods of project management in order to reduce the construction costs, compress the project construction cycle and respond to market demands quickly. Project quality management is an important part of the project management. The quality of the schedule management directly affects the quality of network operation, and also affects the user’s perception. Based on the systematical introduction of the concepts and methods of project management, this paper discusses how to do the progress control work of the project well and ensure that the base station construction project is completed on time and qualified according to the dynamic nature and nature of the whole process of the schedule management.Combining with the characteristics of the mobile communication engineering construction, this paper emphatically analyze and study the current situation and the existing problems of the telecom indoor distribution system construction. At the same time, using the Project Milestone Schedule,Work Breakdown Structures, Critical Path Method and other tools and methods, this paper deeply analyzes and studies the current main problems that affects the construction of indoor distribution system. Through the research, it provides a schedule management mode which is available for reference for communications engineering construction.In today’s fierce market competition, the rapid deployment of network is a necessary condition to win in the market. Progress of the project directly affects the quality of network construction, and especially the construction of indoor distribution system is more difficult. It can guarantee the quality of the project construction, give users a high-quality service and enhance the market competitiveness to introduce project quality management to the indoor distribution system construction projects. To use project quality management approach, we should coordinate the quality management and cost management in the management process to improve construction speed and expand network coverage and indoor depth coverage in the case of the assurance of network construction quality. In addition, the rational organization structure and perfect monitoring system is an important guarantee to achieve the objectives of project quality.
