Research On The Co-construction Urbanization Patterns Of The Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps And Local Government

Urbanization is the inevitable trend of the development of human society and a crucial link and an important element of a national or regional economy modernization. Along with the deepening of reform and opening up and modernization of the rapid advancement of China's accelerating urbanization process, China's urbanization development is very uneven, there has been evident between the eastern and western regional differences, the western city of lagging behind the objective reality requires that we, in theory the problem of urbanization in the region to conduct in-depth and detailed analysis and studies to explore the characteristics of regional, adaptable path of urbanization. Xinjiang region lags behind the development of urbanization, not only constrains the overall coordination of the development of Xinjiang, have also hindered the development of regional coordination. Speeding up the urbanization development in Xinjiang, and from place to place to explore a variety of appropriate path of urbanization, especially to co-exist places of the and local government, which has become an inevitable requirement of economic development. Xinjiang production and construction corps continuously pushing forward the urbanization is important to the development of the region and the whole of Xinjiang in western China. At the support of national and local, the Corps has made considerable urbanization development, in which Xinjiang production and construction corps to build a model of urbanization is the result of institutional innovation, which is a new attempt to urbanization patterns.This article takes a case study of Kuitun Tianbei New Area as an example, from the perspective of game theory expounded the co-construction urbanization patterns of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and local government that it is a game both sides, in order to obtain the remainder of their cooperation generated by the final result. This article also explain that opulation and enterprises continue to gather the new area to build a model of the evolution of urbanization mechanism.Then, on urbanization, the original impetus and a new impetus to both sides, and then analyze the dynamic mechanism of urbanization under the two forces. Finally, this article summarizes the experience of implementation and problems, put forward policy recommendations according to the case analysis.
