Female entrepreneurs often experience great work-family conflict. On one hand, they need to work hard for the new venture. On the other hand, they have to be distracted by family responsibility .Under two these pressure, female entrepreneurs figure out various ways to cope it. Someone succeeded to overcome it and achieved accomplishment of their business and happiness of their family. Others had to afford a big family burden, or had to get divorced, when they obtained business success. But to most of them, their family and business were both unsuccessful.This dissertation is aimed to examine the impact which work-family conflict and coping stragegies play on the new venture performance. This research mainly divided into four parts: firstly, extensive reading related literature at home and abroad, setting up related hypothesis about relationship between work-family conflict and entrepreneurial performance on the basis of previous studies; Secondly, revising instruments of work-family conflict , coping strategies and entrepreneurial performance; Thirdly, obtaining the relationship between work-family conflict, coping strategies and entrepreneurial performance through variance analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis; Finally, through the analysis obtaining the main conclusions of this thesis are:(1)The level of female entrepreneurs'work-family conflict is medium, and the work-to-family conflict is higher than family-to-work conflict.(2)The level of female entrepreneurs'entrepreneurial performance is middle rdi, and the part of live performance is higher than career satisfaction and growth performance.(3)Result indicates that the dimensions of female entrepreners'work-family conflict, coping strategies and new venture performance are significantly different based on the demographic variables, such as age, marriage, children situation and educational background.(4)The dimensions of female entrepreneurs'work-family conflict are partly correlated with their coping strategies.(5)Female entrepreneurs'work-to-family conflict is positively correlated with their entrepreneurial performance, and family-to-work conflict and entrepreneurial performance are negatively related.(6)The part dimensions of the conflict coping strategies are related with the dimensions of the new venture performance.
