In the environment of market economy, working women bear the dual role of labor and producers of labor, they often bring into conflict because of inequality of the time, energy,while perform their tasks in the dual role. Of course, the degree of conflict will vary by industry. As a labor-intensive service industry, the hotel industry is the main place of female employment. Industry characteristics, long working time, big labor intensity of the industry makes the role conflict of female employees is very obvious, especially in the "Eight Orovisions","Six Ban" policy under the influence, most hotels resorted to layoffs and other measures to reduce the cost of hotel operation, role conflict Hotel female employees becomes more prominent, and has become the most difficult problem for human resource management in the hotel.Therefore, this thesis chooses G Hotel as the research object, try to female employees of the situation, work family conflict behavior results and staff on the equilibrium strategy expectations into a framework of empirical research, in order to provide reference for G Hotel resolve conflicts of female employees working families.In the process of research, this thesis employs the research method of literature study, questionnaire and interview. Through the statistics and analysis of the SPSS16.0software of123effective samples of G Hotel female employees, this thesis come to conclusion that female workers generally feel work family conflict is more intense, and feel the "work family conflict" significant "strong in the family work conflict", also caused the The G Hotel female employee engagement, low level of high turnover intention behavior results conclusion.Finally, with the guidance of the basic theory of work life balance theory, occupation career management theory and the management theory, on the basis of the empirical results, this thesis put forward countermeasures to ease the work family conflict of G Hotel women from three aspects of individual, organization and society.
