Research On The Index System Of Exploration And Exploitation Of Mineral Resources Statistics In China

In the current international environment,the reserves and utilization scale about mineral resources affect the world economic development pattern.Mineral resources,as an important factor of production in economic society,are the main focus of administrative management.With the development of statistical theory,the statistical work faces new requirements and challenges,Therefore,the statistical work of mineral resources must respond them under the macro background of globalization,new normal economy,and the environment rigid constraints.How to follow the law of exploration and development of mineral resources,it has a practical significance for constrating a statistical monitoring index system which is open and systematic.Through literature researching,it clarifies the achievements and improved space of the current mineral resources statistical monitoring index system in China,and combs the development and trend of government statistics.Through expert consultation method,it further distinguishes that mineral resources exploration and utilization have completely different function.Based on the empirical analysis,the research designs a double line index system including the basic index system and the state index system.The basic index of 54 items is the representation of objective data;the status indicators is established on the basis of the basic index system,which has the function of industry evaluation and early warning,a total of 18 items,formed a layer includes five indicators of mineral resources comprehensive climate index.And,the research use the data of 2006-2015 to empirically test the index system.For nearly 10 years,the development of mineral resources in China has maintained overall positive growth,and it has a significant impact on the trend of national economy development.However,we also found that the management has influenced by administration badly,and the degree of marketization is strongly low,so the economic law of mineral resources exploration and utilization is covered.In addition,it also reflects the current index exists different statistical caliber,phase missing or missing problem for a long time.At the national or industry level,some statistic data,especially involving the security and internationalization level of mineral resources,is inexistent.while these indicators is of great significance for the evaluation of mineral resources comprehensive influence.
