Research On Industry Development From Perspective Of Innovation In The Districts And Countries Of Tianjin

In the era of knowledge economy, innovation has become a fundamental way, on which the regions can promote economy and improve competitiveness. At present, many cities have proposed to speed up the construction of innovative cities, which has become a mutual recognition. The construction of innovative city is a gradual progress. The county is the most basic strategic unit for changing the economic growth mode, coordinating urban and rural development, building a harmonious society. Therefore, the district and county innovation system's establishment, improvement and development has largely decided the leapfrog development in the innovative city construction.Firstly, this paper elaborates the regional innovation system's theories, including the region innovation system's definition, mode and structure, than researches the district and county innovation system, which is an inheritance of regional innovation system. On this basis, the industry development model on the perspective of district and county innovation system has been proposed and explained.Then, this paper introduces the overview of Tianjin's districts and counties, and analyzes the industry development. Because the industry structure distributes differently in these districts and counties, they have to choose the leading industry from their own strengths to display the competitive advantage. Giving the suggestion for each district and county is so complex, that clustering method has been used to classify them, thus putting forward the suggestion for each category.Finally, the industry development from the perspective of innovation in Tianjin's districts and counties has been researched based on the actual situation. According to the model ,the innovative milieus, innovative networks and Spatial agglomeration of the central city, the environs, Binhai New Area and the outer suburb counties have been analyzed, then pointing out the direction for industry development of each group, giving proposals and examples.In the process of the innovative city construction, Tianjin's districts and counties should depend on their own unique innovative milieus, the innovative networks, the large projects to making direction for industry development, then correctly making and implementing the suitable measures to impetus the economic development and enhance the competitiveness of districts and counties. So, Tianjin can achieve the goal of being an innovative city.
