With the rapid development of modern scientific technology and social progress ,training demands analysis, as the first part of training activities, is becoming more and more important in all training activities. It won't work if only to determine the training demands by racking our brains like before without any systematic training demands analysis, the cost will be increased and no effect could be achieved.Training demands analysis,is a process to determine the needs for training and the contend of training activities. To identify training needs, refers to the process to study the necessity that training is required and the degree of this needs, and to determine what kind of employees to be participated in and what kind of training is required.It is essential both to improve the training system of SMEs and to develop the theory to analytical the training demands of SMEs. By introducing the training demands theory and related training demands analysis,this article is to explain why companies should conduct training demands analysis, and the factors that influence corporation's training demands analysis,as well as the methods of training demands analysis that are used and the organizational support that training demands analysis requires, and to further improve its training system with the example of XMSXD.In this study, through Documents Data , Data statistics, Induction Summarization, Survey and other methods to find out the problems in current training needs analysis of SMEs: most SMEs lack of the training program, training likes fire-fighting is temporary decision; most of the SMEs lack of comprehensive training system or the appropriate institutional arrangements to enable them to implement training courses properly; In the enterprises that have training needs analysis before training, the training needs analysis are separated from enterprise strategy, which makes enterprise training and business strategy can not match each other; and training needs analysis method is relatively simple in the enterprise which conducts training needs analysis, they can not make full use of related methods to conduct training analysis comprehensively.In view of those problems in SMEs, this study offers some corresponding measures: Firstly, the professionalism of managers should be improved, make the managers fully aware of the importance of enterprise training needs analysis; Secondly, SMEs should establish and improve the training system, which is the most basic guarantee of carrying out training needs analysis; Thirdly, the training needs analysis should be carried out within the enterprise to make it match the strategic planning of SMEs; Finally, training needs analysis of SMEs should be combined with the actual situation and the technical method of the enterprise and make use of it comprehensive.Difficulties exist in this study because the current study of training demands analysis and technical methods is not adequate, but opportunities are given to prove its theoretical and practical significance.With the survey of the training status and the choice of training demands analysis practice and methods of XMSXD, this article aims to further improve corporation's training systems, and hence to find out measures to improve training systems of SMEs,as well as to provide some reference to SMEs.
