With the domestic feed industry competition becomes more intense, and the mechanism of relaxation of foreign enterprises to enter the domestic market with the industry after China's accession to WTO. In response to the changing market, Domestic feed enterprises enter to the critical transition period of restructuring. The new situation calls for change the corporate strategy, and the corresponding pay system system also needs to change with it. Every business has its own business strategy, different management strategies should match the different pay system. Pay system should maximize match with the salary system under the business strategy, to promote the smooth implementation of business strategy.Through studying the relationship between corporate strategy,pay and pay systems theoretical supported by K Feed Co., Ltd., for example, finding out how companies can pay to change the existing system to support the business strategy. Based on this background, this paper under the pay system business strategy content, features and other aspects of the build process in detail, on this basis, to analyze the original study the pay system of K feed company, focusing on the original salary system for the company, there are out of touch with business strategy and to analyze the cause of many problems to find solutions, and the use of job evaluation, job restructuring and other methods of feed K status of the company's pay system to adjust. Finally, try to build a set of business strategy as the starting point and K is operable feed company's pay system. Intended purpose of this study:1, through theory, to explore the business strategy built under the pay system entry point to explore how to pay the value of the distribution of support the implementation of corporate strategy, and how to effectively develop enterprise strategies take into account the purpose of pay equity to ensure that enterprises pay system In the strategy, planning, effectively the distribution of corporate officers, regulation and incentives to help achieve business objectives; 2, through study the case which attempt to help K feed companies to implement corporate strategy, and get high and downsizing salary system, find out a suitable method to design compensation system under company strategic. Through the company assess the situation and the industry, with collection the company's payroll data, analysis and comparison of design for the company's salary structure , to achieve reform and improvement the company pay system; at the same time, find out the innovation of the K company's salary system conducive, and verification testing in practice, to help improve the traditional lack of strategic planning in the feed industry, for example lack of strategic planning, competition, and other disadvantages like single model, and enhance further the scientific management of pay system in the feed industry.
