Erp Risk Management Of Implement Erp In High-tech Middle And Small Scale Privately Operated Enterprise

The domestic high-tech middle and small scale privately operated enterprise(HMSPE) developed in recent years rapidly. It already became important strength which promote economy growth and develope the high-tech industry. There form and open policy's thorough and the new economy developing stage's arrival, has promoted HMSPE's strategic status, and developed HMSPE's development space.However, as market competition intensifies, HMSPEs are in the environmental challenges of changing market opportunities, prices, quality and service level, facing how to improve work efficiency,reduce costs, accelerate cash flow and reduce inventory and other issues, we must use new management ideas and management tools to help achieve enterprise process reengmeenng, standardizing the management and clearing up logistics, comprehensive upgrade enterprise management level.Therefore the solution of ERP was put on the agenda for HMSPEs.This paper followed the principle of theory—practice"to study. Firstly, on the basis of elaboratation of the basic theory for risk manage-ment and ERP, it was to study ERP application status in HMSPEs and analyze the internal and external factors for ERP implementations in HMSPEs; Secondly, setting up a evaluation system and model for ERP adapted to HMSPEs; Finally, the system and model are applied to a specific business case for the evaluation of implementation of ERP performance. It is proved that the index system is credible and practicalThe significance of this thesis achievement lies in offering the different methods to deal with different risks, supplying the project manager of HM- SPE with the ideas and methods of ERP project risk management.
