Personal assessment is an important method for select talents, and as the origin of the human resource management, it plays more and more important role in HRM. As we all know that talent of business administration is the most important part of HRM, it has great significance for us to assess the diathesis of the talent of business administration. By the way, with the development of the economics china has a large demand of the talent of business administration, also promoting the education of the talent of business administration, especially MBA students.This research is beginning from the actual problems that were met by the business schools in china, when they select MBA students. And the author chose the MBA students as the research object. The author establishes a system of personal assessment based on the potential business diathesis, and the system can also be used in the assessment of the managers for corporations.The article is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. It includes the research background, the aim and the significance of the research and the research method.In the second part, the author introduces the basic theory of the talent assessment. It includes the definition of the talent and the theory basis, the function and the basic principle of the personal assessment, and the research situation of the talent assessment around the world.In the third part, it introduces the tools and methods of the talent assessment. It includes paper examination, the analysis of the curriculum vitae, the psychological examination, the interview and the assessment center.In the forth part, the author establishes the system of assessment index. The author chooses the methods, which includes the interview of expert, the material analysis, and the questionnaire survey, and established the weigh of the index system.In the fifth part, the author chooses proper assessment for the each index, establishes the system of the assessment method and the procedure of the implement, and also establishes the fussy and compositive judge system.
