| This paper concentrates on the financial crisis samples with the analysis of China's financial security status. As referred on the chapter 1, China has grasped the opportunity of development and did quite well on the financial sector reform, especially on the banking industry. Listed on the market with the enlarged equity and investment from the strategy investors, the state-owned commercial banks have dispersed the risk to some extent. When related to the financial security, China is in a safe situation nowadays, but with the openness and reform, the probability of financial crisis is not far from us. The author's opinion is that based on the globalization background, there is no absolute secure in a fast developing world where the financial parts begins to play an important role. The risk is concentrated in some of the sectors, such as the banking industry and capital market, which may course crisis if not well handled. We should established the concept of prevention of twin crisis—Currency Crisis and Bank Crisis. Also we must keep an eye on the capital flow and work out a mechanism to forecast the crisis.According to the definition of this paper, Financial Security is defined as the crisis prevention and cost-management issue. Combined with the latest knowledge of financial crisis cases, the author purposes some suggestions which are meaningful and helpful for the further research.
