In the last twenty years as the reforming and opening, the construction industry in our country has been developing healthily and fast. But along with the foundation and the step by step perfection of the social democracy market economic system, the state-owned construction enterprises actually operate in low efficiency and the low society competitive ability condition is day by day prominent. According to the state economy overall layout plan, the construction enterprises positively advance the reform pace, particularly the property right reform. They embark from breaking through their own inherent development way, through the joint stock system transformation, and thoroughly change the state-owned construction enterprises' operation pattern. With the market economy idea new angle of view, carefully reexamines the developmental strategy, the construction enterprises' manage level achieve the quality leap. A corporation is a state-owned construction enterprise, transformed the joint stock system in 2004. Along with the completing of the enterprise reform and the changes ot enterprise manages environment, the company existing organization manages already can't adapt the corporate growth request. The company leadership also advance the transformation request, but the many kinds of reasons caused the reform to be very difficult to reach the instantly. The organization transformation has the systematic characteristic, the complexity and the gradation. The organization transformation was a process that according to the change of the external environment and internal situation, promptly adjusted the organization strategy, structure, system and the service flow as well as the organization culture, to enhance the core competitive ability and survive ability of the organization, and finally obtained the enterprise survival and health development.In this kind of situation, through the investigation and study, unifies the development of the domestic and foreign organizational structure pattern theory and the actual situation, the paper carries on the analysis to the company organizational structure. According to the after reform developmental strategy research of A Corporation, optimizes the system the organizational structure of after A Corporation's t reform, seeks a organizational structure which suits the A construction enterprise to develop health, highly and effectively.This paper has outlined the research background, the present situation of the domestic and foreign research, the research technique. It emphasizes on introducing the cause of the organization transformation, the strategic adjustment by analyzing the external environment and the superior inferiority after the enterprise changes, analyzes the organizational structure present situation, find out the question, unifies the new strategy to carry on the optimized reform to the organizational structure and has carried on the division and the explanation on respective function. At last, proposes several questions that need to pay attention to in the implementation process of organization transforms, and elaborates the factors that A enterprise must consider in implementation organization transforms from the aspects of management ability, enterprise culture and human resources management system to guarantee the organization transformation carries on smoothly.
