Communications Equipment Manufacturers On-site Project Cost Management

PMI's Opinion is that Project Cost Management include four processes named as Resource planning ,Cost Estimating,Cost Budgeting,and Cost Control through which to ensured that the project is completed within the approved budget.This thesis consider that the project shouled be completed within the approved error instead of budget and dissertate in detail.PMI Project Cost Management only give us a direction in theory,we should take vocation feature into account .This thesis demonstrate how to manage communication engineering cost under the direction of Project Cost Management theory combined with the vocation feature of communication engineering and raise a method which take EVM(Earned Value Management) as core,regarded completion project within the approved error as objective of project cost management and control project cost throught the whole process,dynamicly,and roundly.Throught the whole process means cost need to be managed and controlled in every process included initiating,planning,executing,closing .Dynamicly means cost should be controlled timely instead of at the phase end of the project.Roundly means cost management need to take quality,safety,schedule into account instead of ignore them.
