With Chinese economy being better, the professional training center of china are being important in training market.After these years, the professional training center of China is making better. but it is still lagging behind the first-rated the same enterprises in the world. Because the training companies do not make strategic human resource management. Due to traditional concepts and ineffective human resource management, the staff do not have the press, responsibility or mission. Some staff do not give a full play to their ability. These surely hampered the training companies from further development.The present competitive situation will be further broken with the issue of WTO. The Chinese training companies will face more competitive and pressure. To keep and strengthen our present advantage, these is only one way-enhance the ability of core competition in which human resource reformation is the key because competition is actually the competition of management and talented staff.To keep our competitive advantage, human resources reformation is imperative. The writer is studying the strategy for promoting human resources in training companies using respective points and theories. A new system of human resources management should be set up.In a word, the new system will be constructive and practical. I hope that other human staff give me advice in it.
