This paper presents an overview of cultural integration mechanism for corporate merger and acquisition by studying the related theories and have an empirical analysis on the mechanism.The review of other researchers' corporate merger and acquisition, corporate integration and cultural fusion shows that they mainly focus their study on integration performance affect of corporate culture, corporate cultural differences and fusion and cultural fusion modes, etc. But the cultural fusion mechanism for corporate merger and acquisition is less discussed.The thesis proposes that cultural integration mechanism refers to how all necessary constituents of cultural integration mutually interact and practice when the system is operating effectively.Cultural integration mechanism consists of cultural fusion and cultural innovation, the foundation of which is dynamic mechanism of cultural fusion. And cultural fusion mechanism, including organizational sharing and individual communication of cultural fusion ,is the premise of cultural innovation. The cultural innovation is the purpose of cultural fusion. Dynamic mechanism ensures the operation of the cultural fusion and innovation. The thesis gives a detail analysis to cultural fusion and innovation as well as dynamic mechanism of cultural fusion.The thesis believes that employers' contact ratio, cultural approval rate and employer's cultural amnesia rate are influence by promoting effects, individual communication level of cultural fusion and organizational cultural sharing level when other parameters remain unchanged. These three parameters have an impact on cultural fusion degree. Also the evolution of values is influenced by the cultural fusion impetus and the discrepancy between the old values and new values. Then the cultural fusion effect can be advanced by improving promoting effects, individual communication level of cultural fusion and organizational cultural sharing level.At last, the thesis makes an empirical analysis on the cultural integration mechanism of corporate merger and acquisition. The result illustrates the accuracy of cultural integration mechanism put forward by the thesis.
