| With the economy continuous development, large and middle enterprises begin to thinkhighly of the corporate culture and strategy management. For the sake of continuous andsteady revenue, it not only pays attention to build and promote the corporate culture, butalso recognizes the relationship between the corporate culture and corporate strategy. Thepaper studies mainly on the relationship between the culture and the strategy to provide ascientific gist for corporate selecting and carrying out the corporate strategy according tothe existing culture.Firstly, the paper reviews numbers of literatures.It summarizes the related theories ofthe corporate culture and strategy management, presents the relationship model in thisresearch and proposes their relevant hypotheses. Secondly, base on the investigationdesigned the questionnaire and made a revise to the quesitionnaires through acquiring thesenior managers of the enterprises.With the data of these questionnaires, first-hand datawere obtained and analyzed through SPSS13.0 and Amos5.0. The main analytical methodsinclude descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, SEM and so on.The paper confirms thesignificant correlation between the strategy and some dimensions of the corporate culture.Research results indicate that different culture matches different strategy.The scale of thecorporate has a significant influence of the corporate type.The corporate type has asignificant influence of the corporate culture.Acorrding to the research results, the papermakes the suggestions for culture construction and strategy plan. |
