The impact of corporate culture to corporate strategy has already been be concerned, but has not yet forming a corporate strategy scale. At the same time, during the research, few articles researched from the point of corporate culture traits.This study researched through in-depth theoretical analysis of the content of the corporate culture and corporate strategy. This study Used expert interviews and item analysis such as factor analysis, reliability analysis to find the relationship of corporate and corporate strategy. Also use data processing methods to build the corporate culture and strategy evaluation scale in the Chinese context. Through the evaluation analysis, corporate culture is divided into four characteristics which are the culture extraversion, participatory, internal consistency; customer-orientation. The corporate strategy is divided into three dimensions which are competitive and innovation of strategy, external attention and strategic clarity.The empirical results show that the level of culture extraversion has a significant positive impact on all the three dimensions of corporate strategy. The level of culture participation has a significant positive impact on the degree of competition and innovation of strategy and external attention. The level of internal consistency of corporate culture has a significant negative impact on competition and innovation of strategy and external attention. The level of customer-orientation has a significant positive impact on all the three dimensions of corporate strategy.First, the level of culture extraversion has a significant positive impact on all the three dimensions of corporate strategy.The level of culture participation has a significant positive impact on the degree of competition and innovation of strategy and external attention.The level of internal consistency of corporate culture has a significant negative impact on competition and innovation of strategy and external attention.The level of customer-orientation has a significant positive impact on all the three dimensions of corporate strategy.In the enterprise management process, enterprises should understand the relationship of corporate culture and corporate strategy. First, enterprises should strengthen corporate culture extraversion and staff participation. Also should focus on customer-orientation to improve their strategic competitiveness and the innovation capability. Within the enterprise, we should pay attention to staff participation at the same time focus on cooperation and coordination of different departments. Second, if the enterprises want to understand the market changes more timely and accurate, they should improve the corporate culture extraversion to establish a clear corporate mission and values. And strengthen customer-oriented to have a better understanding of market changes. Third, companies should establish a clear mission and vision by focusing on learning and innovation, thus helping to set a good strategic intent and choose a more effective strategy.
