The corporate culture is a business philosophy, with its own characteristics in theday-to-day production and management process is the production of guidance andoperating guidelines and idea system.Rapid development of today’s society, scienceand technology, speed up product renewal, the context of increasingly fierce marketcompetition, the enterprise ’s market position is determined by its own overallstrength and corporate culture reflects the overall values, for the enterprise is alwaysat a competitive favorable position, and improve market competitiveness will play animportant role.Today, competition in the market has penetrated to the level ofcorporate culture, the cultural level of competition is a higher level of competition,construction and development of corporate culture has been a lot of visionarymanagers as an important strategy for enterprise development.As state-owned largeenterprises, electric power companies is a very important position in the nationaleconomy, in the face of serious challenges and good opportunities for development toachieve sustainable development, power companies are building a good corporateculture.This article introduced through the analysis of the construction anddevelopment of the corporate culture connotation and power corporate cultureproblems of cultural development and construction of electric power enterprises.The film thesis is divided into five chapters, Chapter I briefly describes thebackground, significance and research thesis ideas and methods. The second chapteron the concept of corporate culture and research status at home and abroad wereintroduced.The third chapter on the causes of the corporate culture, described thecurrent state of the power of corporate culture. The fourth chapter summary andrefining the existing problems in the building of enterprise culture of power.Electricity enterprise culture construction and development of constructive strategiesin the last chapter.
