Corporate culture is essential prerequisite of corporate survival and development and it is the basis of establishing corporate core competitive advantage. In addition, corporate culture ensures a corporation to achieve building to last. So, establishment of corporate culture has become eternal topic of most of company’s discussion. Excellent corporate culture is not only to enhance employees’morale but also to improve quality of product and customer relationship. Moreover, it will be beneficial to increase company’s performance and confidence of investors.The thesis discussed basic definition of both corporate culture and strategy. And it applied SPSS software to conduct questionnaire of Y new energy company. In addition to it, it also used some methods of analysis, such as core value analysis, Porter’s five forces, competition strategy and strategic maps. The paper indicated explicit guidance to establishing strategically supporting culture in terms of strategy on implementation. And it also provided synergy strategy between corporate culture and strategy in detail. What is more, the paper also listed possible problems, complications and solution when conducting and establishing strategically supporting corporate culture. Most importantly, it also offered explicit procedures, criteria of evaluation and suggestion and advice. Lastly, the paper provided conclusion and expectation to building strategically supporting corporate culture. Participants who are pursuing strategically supporting corporate culture can draw experience to a certain extent from the solution given by above paper.
