After China joined the WTO and the arrival of the knowledge-based economy,the world economy are more and more close, the more foreign enterprises enterChinese market and the more Chinese enterprises enter the world market. Facing theglobalization market of the vehement competition, how to work well the humanresource management have become a core work in the management nowadayscompetition of the products is the mainly competition of the enterprises, so how thecompetition ability of the enterprise product is the key that the business enterprise canacquire competitive advantage. The efficiency and performance of the producedepartment is the core of the business enterprise product competition, so producedepartment have to carry on the innovation to adapt the market direction, humanresource management innovation is the core work among them. This thesis sets outfrom the theories research, combining an example of the human resource managementchange of the produce department, finding out under the lately period and newcompetition situation, produce department should carry on the business processreorganization, the organization structure change, the reasonable installs humanresource, the development "compound type" talented person. The produce departmentshould carry out the share of the business enterprise human resource, build up afunction of encourage investigating, the salary system etc. The methods improve thedevelopment of the human resource management theories and provide a reference forour country the human resource of the enterprise manage innovation.
