Theory And Practice Of The Communist Party Of China Urban Construction

Urbanization is a contemporary tide in the world, and the cities gradually appear following the development of production ability. All the countries speed up their urbanization after the world war. 2There are 6 chapters in the thesis. In chapter 1, I define the concept of town, city and urbanization, throwing light on the relationship between the urban area and rural area .the main content in chapter 2 is the review of urban progress of history, putting a stress on the period after 1949 in China. A lot of problems in urban development in China are put forth, and I try my best to find out the solutions to the problems. In chapter 4, the main idea is how to speed up the urban progress. Two ways are found to solve the problem. One is, how to transfer town—enterprise from rural area to the cities. The other is how to let the urban rural workers become the new citizens. A lot of aspects in rural area are accounted in chapter 5, which can not accord with the urban development. More attention is paid to the meanings of urbanization in chapter 6.The Party is the working class pioneer in China, as well as of all the people in China, standing for the basic benefit of great mass throughout. Therefore, the Party may learn the experience and achievement on urban construction from all the countries in the world including the capitalism countries, then feel for urban roads with Chinese feature, regarding the social development especially urban development as the most important task. I sincerely wish the thesis can serve the theory and practice on urban construction of the Party.
