Since 1980s, large quantities of peasant workers have swarmed into cities to work or be in the business. This phenomenon is both the results of the economic society changes and the important influencing factors of our country's economy and social structure changes. Research on the causes and influencing factors of this social economic phenomenon is not only emphasis on the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers but also significance on the implementation of our country's urbanization modernization and construction of harmonious society.This article uses economical development and social economy analysis and begins from macro analysis to micro-analysis. First, it gives a holistic analysis on the basis of the same characteristic, then a local analysis of different characteristics. It gives detailed numbers to support the qualitative analysis and discusses the influencing factors of peasant workers' mobility from theory and policy. Following are the five main parts of this essay.The first part is introduction. In this part, the author explains the reason and the origin of the subject she chooses. After introducing the present research achievements both at home and abroad, the author defines the basic concept, main contents, research approach and conclusion.In the second part, the author gives the theoretical principle of labor mobility and summarizes characteristics of the mobility from countries to cities after the foundation of China, which gives theories and realistic basis to the following research.In the third part, the author gives a general analysis on the influencing factors of peasant workers' mobility. The author considers peasant workers as a whole with the same characteristic and analyzes the common factor of the mobility through macro analysis and micro-analysis.In the fourth part, the author analyzes the influencing factors of this mobility on the basis of the differences among different genders, migrant generations, classes, and economical development districts.In the fifth part, the author gives the conclusion, predicts the future mobility tendency of peasant workers and proposes some related policy suggestion.
