Chengdu Enterprise Railway Transportation Issues Analysis And Countermeasures

The traffic transport trade is the basic industry of the national economy, it functions leverage in national economy development. Since the reforms and opening of our country,the total establishment of basic traffic has been lacked which couldn't follow the speed of the national economy development. The transport ability of the great routeway is very tensional, especially some area where the basic traffic establishment is dropped and the transport contradiction is very evident, which are urgent to deal with. Otherwise, the region economy will face bottleneck in development in a future long time,it will also directly effects the local economy development and regional competition power.Chengdu is the economic center of southwest, but the integrated traffic system in Chengdu faces the problem which can't adopt the development of region economy persistently, quickly and legitimately, especially the ways of transportation develope are imbalanced and that seems to be much more worse. The function of "great routeway" of railway transportation has been influenced, that make difficulty in enterprise railway transportation, and become a evident problem in integrated transportation of Chengdu at present and in the future, which needs to pay much attention and to solve.This thesis focus on the bottleneck problems of region economy development, for some centers of region economy like Chengdu. How to develop the region economy quickly in a very large inland city,and to seek some key restricted factors, from the description of the key restricted factor "the enterprise railway transportation" to analyse its occured reason from the presentational and original two levels. From the points of view of region economy problems extending to industry configuration imbalance and railway working management system can't adapting the needs of market economy development in the macro-economy working to understand.and point out the ways to solve opposite problems and countermeasure by steps on problems of the railway transportation itself and the integrated traffic developed corresponded and unified grading.
