Nowadays, more and more corporations transform into enterprise groups with the global economical integration and internationalization. When management demands more and more, the management pattern of individual corporation hasn't adapted to the effective control. In order to get long-term development, how to realize efficient operation and beneficial management of group has become the problem that enterprise group has been paying close attention to and exploring all the time in the course of development.Since our country established the Socialism Market economic system, enterprise group had quickened the speed of forming and scale expanding following the deep reforming of state-owned large-scale and middle-scale enterprises and their development of bankruptcy, merging and rebuilding. So we have need and condition to study enterprise groups synthetically from profound theoretical angle. Domestic and overseas scholars have researched enterprise group broadly and related problems from different angles, exerting different subjects' professional knowledge and methods. They have made the rich achievement.However, there are some problems in concrete practice: because enterprise groups own multiplayer structures which hence the difficulty of portrait accord, enterprise groups' units pay more attention to their benefits in striving for resource; it's very difficult for each unit to consider one's own development from group's whole strategy angle in increasing group's strength because of multiplayer structures. So sometimes group's value isn't increased but decreased, even destroyed. How to carry on effective performance evaluation becomes the core of problems.Current statistics index to regard individual enterprise as that target give definitely , provide the index wholly enterprise group. Therefore this paper proposes , the comprehensive achievement of the enterprise group should be adopted and directed against the individual enterprise's suitable index partly, at the same time , should join some special indexes, in order to estimate group's comprehensive achievement.
